My wife has always wanted to learn the art of cake decorating and cupcake making so for Christmas I bought her a book that has a bunch of really cool cupcake recipes and instructions on how to make some very creative cupcakes. She also picked up another book in for cake decorating and made a pretty awesome lamb cake for Easter. She made these dragonfly cupcakes for Memorial Day weekend for the whole family. I think these are the best yet that she has done..working with the fondant  is a lot like working with clay when doing a sculpture...in fact watching her do the decorating is more like watching an artist than a baker.
